Very good tour - just wish there had been more free time to explore Segovia. Avila was fine, but could have done without it. The Segovian aqueduct is amazing and the cathedral and alcazar are also worth seeing.

Good tour. Girona is an interesting little town, Pals is beautiful and Calella de Palafrugell is stunning. A definite must see for those that are fans of coastal areas.

A complete rip-off. At almost $100 a person, I really expected more from this tour, and feel quite cheated. The tour guide (Ana) was sweet, but impossible to understand, and was extremely rushed in her delivery of information. Really did not do or see anything worthy of the price of this tour. Avoid

Not recommended!

First off, getting in touch with the local Italian company that Viator works with was a complete nightmare.  I ran up an 8 Euro phone bill from my hotel because I had to call these people 5 times. Someone would answer the phone without even saying a word and put you on hold for a good 10 minutes. Finally, on the 5th call I actually spoke to a human being. The woman I spoke with was incredibly rude, and quite frankly, pretty dumb. I gave her my voucher # and explained that I was confirming my hotel pick up. After putting me on hold twice, she proceeded to inform me that I would not be getting picked up outside my hotel, and would have to meet the van at a nearby Piazza at 10:45 am. On the day of our flight, my husband and I arrived at the meeting point at 10:30 am. At 11:15 we started freaking out, and seriously considered just taking a cab. At 11:30 the van finally showed up. The driver threw our bags into the trunkq and pushed us into our seats without even acknowledging that he was 45 minutes late. And to add insult to injury, he drove like a lunatic, and was on his cell the entire time. Avoid this transfer at all costs - it is not worth the anxiety!

Horrible - save your time and money!!
During our 2 weeks in Italy, my husband and I had 4 tours through Viator - all of them were fantastic, with the exception of this one.
This is not a tour at all - it's literally a motorboat which drops you off at the three islands and you are left to fend for yourself. The Murano "glass blowing tour" was a joke - the demonstration with a "glass master" literally lasted 2 minutes.
Torcello is basically a deserted island with nothing to do, and the only sights on the island (the Church/bathroom) are a good 10 minute walk from the drop off point. Torcello was a complete waste of time.
The final island - Burano was by far the most interesting, and that's not really saying much. There are overpriced tourist traps and bakeries and that's about it. Save your time and your money - the other Viator Tours are infinitely better.

Absolutely spectacular - worth every penny!
This tour was amazing!! The tour guide was  extremely knowledgeable; Max, our driver was fun and friendly; and the Amalfi Coast is the most spectacular place on Earth! TAKE THIS TOUR, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!
