These guys were great.
They were ontime and assisted us with making arrangements for other travel.
They drivers were good and always tried to avoid traffic jams in getting us to our destinations.

The arrival location was easy to find.
The transfer was fine.
The driver was courteous and answered some questions we had.

Great transport.
Large air conditioned vans.
Plenty of room for passengers and luggage.

Both transfers to and from the airport were a joke.
The arrival transfer the van was full with limited space - it was crowded and the driver decided to walk off and make a personal phone call for ten minutes. On returning he was agitated and then proceeded to make other calls on the phone whilst transfering us. He was abusive at other drivers and the trip was unsafe.
The return to the airport was better. However, once the van was loaded and we were all going to the airport in the morning to meet flights the driver decided to have a stop and take 7 minutes out to get his morning coffee. Complete disregard for the customers on board meeting flights.

This was an amazing day. The coach was great.
The guide was full of information and helpful.
The trip to Titlis was broken up with a stop at Lucerne - a beautiful town and time to have some great lunch.
Titlis was amazing - words will not do it justice.
Make sure you do all the activities beforfe heading down to the coach, A great day

Met at the gate by a smiling representative with our names on a card.
Taken quickly to the private limousine area and whisked away to the hotel.
A pleasure to be met and greeted after a long flight. Hassle free and efficient service.
