We visit Paris every year and I have found the best place in Paris for the view. Climb Notre Dame’s towers! It is my favorite view of Paris because you can see the city, parks, the river Seine, people sitting at the cafes just enjoying life. The main problem is access is limited, so waits are typical. And there are many stairs! Not for people who can't walk well.

Many options to chose from. I did some reading on websites before our last trip and Il Gelato di San Crispino received many good reviews. And now I agree - the gelato is best in Rome. New flavors for me were the pine nut and fresh fig.
I visited the location near Fountain of Trevi, via della Panetteria 42. I know there's another location neath the Pantheon.

My husband and I always go to the new bakeries in New York, they are so creative and always changing how they make delicious foods. We love Magnolia and Buttercup Bakery, these are always very good. We've also recently found Crumbs on 42nd between 5th & 6th. It is our family's new favorite cupcake!

Very sad, very moving. I don't want them to finish the new towers, I am worried the old location will lose its impact. It is a holy place.
