The driver is not punctual and we waiting for him at the hotel lobby almost one hour. After that he drive very recklessly because we are extremely late left 2 1/2 hours to check-in. Also, we need time to claim VAT. It took us almost 2 hours to claim our VAT.

We hope the next time should advise the driver to pick-up the guest at least four hours before departure to avoid any delay.

We feel very disappointed that the bus breakdown before we reach our destination. We need to walk so far away to the pier and continue all the ways to Naples and Pomeii under the hot sun.

Also, we feel that the tour guide speak too many languages until I got confused. I prefer the guide speak only English which will make the whole journey wonderful.

But, we stay in Sorrento is beautiful and we enjoyed the hotel and especially the dinner and breakfast.
