48 hour pass excellent as the two tours take you to north and south of city (found the north mo interesting). Bitterly cold days made sitting upstairs a test of physical determination! Commentary was mainly clear and always informative. Loved the operatic interludes!

Some delay at a hop off point while "conductor" exchanged voucher for a ticket. Couldn't really see much through the plastic sides of the top deck because of the rain.

Bit of confusion at the meet & greet as the board displayed only part of our name. Otherwise very comfortable vehicle on time. Driver tried valiantly with limited English to explain various landmarks en route.
