Organisation and passge of information to tourists at start of day - very poor. Knowledge of guide - excellent. During day delays caused by tourists not being back at bus at time requested. This caused the rest of of group to wait and the guide had to go looking for the late ones repeatedly.

Pick up - on time. Knowledge of guide - excellent. Pace of tour very good. Time spent at each site - appropriate. Standard of lunch - very good. Performance by driver - excellent.
