Our flight was delayed out of Atlanta by some 2 hours. Our driver kept himself informed about the flight and was ready for us as soon as we arrived at the appointed place. He did an expert job of getting us down the narrow streets to the hotel in the city and was a pleasure to be with. Outstanding.

I confirmed my pickup for the port when I arrived in Rome. I was told the pick-up time. The driver was right on time, friendly and helpful, and got us to the port with no problem. He helped with the luggage and saw that it got to the porter. A great ride by a fine driver

Our guide was friendly and highly intelligent. Her information was greatly informative. I learned a great deal that I had not known. She gave us a fine explanation of the Sistine Chapel and Michelangelo's work before we went inside since there was to be no talking once in the Chapel. Once in, I could tell her explanation was right on the money. She has a wonderful sense of humor and is a true font of knowledge.
I highly recommend this tour.

We only had to wait a short while for the shuttle after our arrival, something that was especially good considering the torrential rains and lightning the driver had to deal with. He was helpful with the luggage and worked his way to the hotels very well considering the traffic issues created by the weather.
He is an excellent driver. The service was outstanding.
