Grand Canyon West Rim Day Trip by Coach, Helicopter and Boat with Optional Skywalk
Tour / Activity
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
My Review: Nice ride to Grand Canyon. Several Delays 50 minutes to get on helicopter that limited time at other sites guano point and skywalk. For no reason trip was 2 hours late coming back from Grand Canyon. Return time of 630 promised -- got back around 9 p.m. DO NOT book any shows that night, or you will miss them if the tour comes back late due to traffice or unforeseen reasons.

Bosphorus Cruise and Istanbul's Egyptian Bazaar
Tour / Activity
Location: Istanbul, Turkey
My Review: On a sunny day, the cruise is wonderful. It seemed like it was 2 hours and covered a lot of the palaces, bridges, mosques and other important monuments you pass by. The spice market was great! A pointer: The tour brings you to one stall, and items are explained, e.g., Turkish delight and spices like saffron, and Turkish tea is served. Go to another stall and compare the prices!!! Prices are cheaper further down.

Istanbul by Night: Turkish Dinner and Show
Tour / Activity
Location: Istanbul, Turkey
My Review: Wow, great show, and food was OK. Crab meat salad, cheese-filled appetizer, mashed potatoes and beef with gravy, salad, and mango fruit over ice cream. Expect a 30 minute trip to the venue. If you travel alone, you get your own table towards the back of the main floor; if you are a couple, you could score seats right by the stage--but be prepared to be part of the action! Not really an evening tour--just driving to the event, but you do go by the Blue Mosque.

Istanbul Two Continents Half-Day Tour
Tour / Activity
Location: Istanbul, Turkey
My Review: It was a great tour! The views on a clear day are magnificent from the highest point of Istanbul. If you are up there when the call to prayer is going on, you can hear the echoes throughout the valley of the chants. The guide gives a thorough tour of the palace and the harem to show public and private life.
