I enjoyed "skipping the line" and would not have been able to go otherwise. Tour guide seemed to be on "autopilot" and could not read the group. She did not seem to interact well with the group and did not notice when the entire group was bored with all the minute details she was giving. If she had talked less, we could have seen more and I think the group would have been happier. She was knowledgeable, but again, seemed to have her daily tour plan, her daily "script" and did not seem to know how to cater or change the script to match the interests of the group.
