Service was good, a slight problem with the departure as we told them to bring a van and the supervisor came with his car and wouldn't let us put our cases in it. Service on time.

The tour was good, everyone on the bus was most interested in Fatima and we didn't get there until 4:30pm and only had over an hour. That was the purpose of the trip..too much time spent at the other locations, and didn't get back to city til almost 8pm.

Very interesting tour to Montserrat. Enjoyed the time there and wish it had been longer. Guide informative. Artistic tour was also good, enjoyed the Gaudi park but glad we went into the Gaudi Familia church on our own as it was not included in the tour and would have been very disappointed if we hadn't seen it.

Confusion plus...why send a van with 6 people in it already and no room for 2 more passengers and cases..2nd van came about 15 minutes later and we were transported to the airport.

Another long ride and not enough time with crowds to see all the palace and /or grounds, Time allotted should be another half hour at least at the palace. Also very difficult to find the location of the office to meet the tour. Directions are not good if you aren't picked up at your hotel which this tour does not offer

Boring!! the tour guide was more interested in talking to the bus driver. Seemed lazy and uninterested. Assisi was beautiful and the local guide was excellent. Not enough time at Assisi and the lunch / wine tour was bogus. Just wanted to sell their spices and waste out time.

Excellent!! Great guide and interesting information. Wish we had more time with her! She went out of her way to get us reservations for the evening tour and it was so much fun.
