Pick up came up early. Driver drove super fast, though. Makes travel a little uncomfortable.

Love Verona and the boat trip at Lake Garda. The time allocated at Verona and Lake Garda was just nice.

It is a second time I take this tour. The Bernina Express Rail scenery is still as attractive. The only sad thing is that most of the shops at St Moritz are closed.

Our guide Gia was good and helpful. A pity the morning was quite foggy, so we couldn't see much of Montepulciano. Lunch and wine tasting at the Tuscan vineyard was good. The kitchen was not able to cope with the big group, and our guide had to assist in serving and clearing the plates.

Massimilians was a great driver and guide. Even though he doesn't speak much English, he used his iPad translator to try explain to me as much as possible on the places we visited. Tour ended early coz many places were closed. Massimilians made it up by bringing me to places not on the itinerary.

Valentina brought us to Florence. She was not as good as the other guides I had on my other trips. I wish there was more explanation about Florence. The local guide that brought us from Florence to Pisa and also the local guide at Pisa are very good. Recommend this trip, and if possible, stay longer.

Our guide, Niccolo, is very very good. He gave very detailed and funny explanations, making this tour a very lasting impression. Highly recommend to add on the underground tour and the tour to the highest level for a good view of the inside of Colosseum.

Annalisa gave very clear explanation. I am in awe with the Sistine Chapel. Recommend everyone to climb St Peter's Basilica for a great view of the city.

Our guide, Lucila, brought us to Naples and Pompeii. Very good guide. She gave many explanations about Rome and Naples and other cities. Our local guide at Pompeii and Capri are superb too. Definitely recommend this tour. A pity that it's tough to visit the Blue Grotto as we need totally calm waters.

Excellent guide. Nice to visit a local wine grower. Would have wished we visit another local champagne maker instead of spending too much time at Moet and Chandon.

Loire Valley seems to be over-rated. The Chateaus are a little disappointing. Frankfurt-Munich Romantic Road 3 days 2 nights tour is a lot better.

Recommend this to everyone. I'll give 10 stars, if I could. Two thumbs up. The cycling was very relaxing. Guide was friendly and patient. Picnic area was cooling. And of course Monet's Garden was breathtaking.

Our guide Briget was great! We were very lucky that only 2 of us were on the tour, so it's like a private tour. Briget was patient and friendly too.

Person picking us up was there when we arrived. Just wished he was waiting at the front, instead of at the back in a corner.

Warwick Castle is great! The displays and stories are awesome. Must climb up Guy's Tower.

Very good tour with experienced guide.

We started the tour half an hour late. Heavy rain and slow traffic on the way to Amsterdam and we had to stop an hour at a rest place to allow driver to rest and eat lunch. Lots of time wasted on the road, so the craft tour was cancelled. No mention of any refund.Amsterdam is a very beautiful city to visit. It may be better to stay a day or two at Amsterdam instead of doing a day trip.

Salzburg is very beautiful, and definitely worth a visit. Unfortunately we started the tour late due to railway line works, and arrived at Salzburg when the sun is at its hottest time of the day. Wished we had a more experienced tour guide.

We had quite an elderly lady tour guide who was very paranoid. It was raining, there was no shelter, and she didn't allow us to board the bus till she had cited our tour voucher. She could have done this after we are all seated in the bus, and before the bus moved off.

Throughout the bus journey, the tour guide read from a book, explaning about the places we passed through. She spoke very softly in monotone. We were not allowed to ask her any questions, nor make any noise else she would lose her trend of thought.

Other than the tour guide, it was really worth visiting Swarovski Crystal World and Innsbruck. Wished we had more time at Swarovski Crystal World.

A very nice trip down Romantic Road. Hotels and rooms are superb too. Staff at hotels were very professional and friendly. Very worth the time and money, and I have been telling my friends that they must take this tour when traveling from Frankfurt to Munich. The driver on the first day from Frankfurt to Rothenburg is very good. He drove at good speed, allowing us to take pictures along the way. When starting after every stop, he took pains to re-count and ensure everyone's on board. The driver on the second day from Rothenburg to Hohenschwagau was trained like a race driver. He was driving too fast, left without re-counting if all is in the bus. There were some parts of the trip we didn't get on the Romantic Road as we were running behind schedule.
