Empire State Building Tickets - Observatory and Optional Skip the Line Tickets

My Rating: 2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better

My Review:

The view was breath taking. However the express tickets we had was of no use. We were made to queue for the security check and also to queue again to exchange the voucher for tickets. There's no priority at all with the express ticket amount that we paid. Further more there's no crowd on the day that we went up the Empire State Building.
