You have to line up to exchange your ticket for a specific time but I knew that going in so no problem. Recommended for a nice view of NYC

The process was a bit fiddly as we had to wait for a connecting bus for a while and the trip itself was longer than expected. However the driver was great and went out of his way to help us get to our hostel.

The tour wasted a bit of time taking us back to the pickup point which I'm sure everyone had already seen. Photo stop in front of Holly wood sign was a bit far away. Once you get to Universal I'd recommend seeing if you can get a front of line pass so you can maximise your experience.
