My trip was good except the guide at the end of the tour I guess was displeased with not recieving a tip so when the person ( a war veteran) in front of me said "thank you" the guide said "Yeah, whatever". This left a terrible taste in my mouth for your company's guide. While I understand tips are nice it wasn't exactly a free trip, your company was compensated for the time. If employees are that upset about a tip enough to say things like that to customers I think they should leave the customer service buisness or just say "hey gimme a tip or else." In general I would only siuggest this trip for someone looking for a ride to the memorial, I didn't see any other positive in booking it. Shame on your guide!!
