Mount Rigi Winter Day Trip from Zurich

My Review: Me and my wife were on our honeymoon, so we wanted to go somewhere we could relax and enjoy the wonders of nature, this trip gave us everything we could ask for! The day started with the perfect weather, nice sunshine with cool breeze. The tour guide from The Best of Switzerland tours, Andy, was very friendly and polite. So moving on, we took the coach ride all the way to the start of the cogwheel train station.The Blue cogwheel train up to Mount Rigi was very nice, lets you sit back, relax and enjoy the very scenic views as you make your way up to Rigi. Once at the top, the majestic views of the Swiss Alps awaits you, we were so in awe of the beautiful Swiss alps. At the top of Mount Rigi there's like a small cafe where u can get your coffee and snacks. After an hour or so at the top, we ascend back down with the Red cogwheel train and finally we took the boat and make our way back to Lucerne, the boat ride was great as well. Overall this trip is very well worth it, we enjoyed ourselves and its a part of our honeymoon we would never forget!

My Review: This was a great trip, There were plenty of snow at the top, and we certainly enjoyed the Ice Flyer! Super exciting!
