My Review: Wonderful, wonderful guide!! Haya (sp?) was so informative! Great sense of humor! ! Loved the tour of Masada - perfect time of the year to be there. Swimming at the Dead Sea location was crowded and not as clean as other parts I've been too and would have liked. Beautiful day - education, fun and sun!

My Review: If ratings were based on just the guides I would give every trip I took in Israel 5 stars. But when you add in the disorganization of the local operator the ratings drop. Late morning pick-ups, confusion over who was going where, a woman who comes in to the room shouting names and never introduces herself or company ; not very professional in the operations. The actual tour is wonderful.

My Review: Supplier is operationally challenged but the guide was great and interested in all the guests. We were two hours late (it was not just traffic) getting back after being promised on time return which was important to me this day as I had another commitment.

My Review: Guide was good but the trips with this supplier are disorganized and need improvement operationally. Once you get past all the craziness with switching cars, buses several times, late pick-ups in the mornings the trip is great. If it was just one switch to get in to Bethlehem but it was several and we didn't understand what was happening some of the time.

My Review: This was not enjoyable at all. The food was terrible, drinks were extra which considering the price paid for the evening was too much. The entertainment was not great and the show was too long. One person in our group actually got up and left it was so bad. Not recommend this at all.
