Too much organization for a trip that could be so simple. First they wake-up you at 4.50 am. At 5.50 transfer to the terminal of the operator. wait for like 30 minutes in Montecarlo Hotel and none came. Stay at line another 30 minutes.Excursion only start at 7h30. The bus of the transfer very confortable. The main one of the excursion much less. Than change to a very decript bus, dirty, full of dust, very unconfortable to go to the main base. Lunch at Guano point was ok. The view deserves the trip, that the basic positive. thing. Than all the way back. And than the driver/guide asking you for a tip of 15/20 usd per person....all in all i am sure Viator may have other local operators with better service. A n egative point from Viator. I bought the trip in Viator because you were ofering a 10% discount. Got the voucher but since i normally trust didnt notice that when arrive to the tour operator in the voucher was written 10 usd fee to pay locally- this a kind of hidden cost which really doesnt appeal to anyone.

Everything ok with transfers.

Basically it was ok. But i have some negative references:
1- The tour itself takes 3 hours and not 4 as written. Hope you are not counting pick-up time.
2- The guide, Mr Gabriel, altough a very profissional and competent, should avoid comments where he introduces a certain feeling against the spanish just because they were settlers in his country. I myself was a tour guide for 22 years and were very carefull with visitors whose history had relationship with with my country. This makes you feel unconfortable in the middle of the group and not enjoying the rest of the tour. Actually we can not be responsible for the mistakes of our predecessors...

Everything was ok with the transfer: very safe, very confortable, on time...

Very value for money, this visit was the best i boooked with viator; with a very experienced guide we visitesd almost everything in KL: national museum, Selangor Factory, stops for photos... would recommend it for everybody.

This particularly tour in one day makes you tired and a little bored and the road from Hanoi to Halong is not the best....and besides you have to be lucky with the weather, if you are not sure about the sunshine dont do it is a bit disappointed; lunch insuficcient.

This is like a war museum , anyone sys you have to do it, but sincerely the experience is claustrofobic when getting inside of the tunnels.
