The Shuttle service is fast and comfortable. The drivers are very educated persons. I think is something expensive as compared with other market options.

The time for the three islands is very short to have. For us the higher interest was concentrated in Murano and Burano but we couldn't visit them as expected. We think that a good option should be to offer a tour for those two islands or a option "Hop on Hop off tour" for those three islands.

This Card has a Cost/Benefit ratio very low. The transportation is very important in this card system and doesn't have it. The card has a cost 50% higher than the Roma Pass and this last one has the transport system for three days and the visit to two monuments. For us this option needs to be improved.

Excelent card fot zona A. Zona T cost must be reviewed. It is a better option to purchase separated tickets to Toledo or Alcala than pay the present Zona T card cost.

The tour organization was excellent. The experience in the Skywalk and the beauty of the Grand Canyon are unforgettable. Unfortunately the service infrastructure in the site is poor. The lunch included in the tour is not good. In the site the food and everything is expensive. It would be better option to advice tourists to take provisions to complement food needs.
