A good tour and a knowledgeable guide; however the carpet making demonstration turned out to be no info or demonstration on how carpets are made - just a shop selling rugs which are a big expensive purchase for most people.

A nice tour spoiled by a fellow passenger who wouldn't shut up and let us enjoy the views. Also our driver didnt speak a word of English which was a shame as it was an 'english' tour; the driver did his best, telling us about what we were seeing on route in French but we could only understand a bit of it. There were about 6 cars of people on this tour, and when we stopped at view points and for the meal with the whole group there was an english speaking guide. However we found that some of the other cars had the english speaking guide or english speaking drivers so we felt a bit cheated.

A good card in principle but it was hard to get your money's worth; especially at the time of year we went. We bought a two day card with the intention of using it to see the submarine and military museum in suomenlinna but they were both closed on the sunday we went in September. We did however use it on the ferry a couple of times and went on the audio tour which was good. Didnt use it at all on any other form of public transport though as the city is all walking distance and the tram map we had didnt have clear streets on it so we only found our tram stop as we were leaving to go to Estonia!

There were times when I felt we were being pushed through because the next group of tourists was waiting behind us. However, this was just an indication of its popularity and didn't reflect on the tour organizer, because I believe the tour itself was with the mine staff. I did enjoy it and was glad I went.

I'm glad I went. It was very moving. I did feel at times we were being pushed through because of more tourists behind us, also I wished that the visit to Birkenau had been longer, as we didn't see a lot of the site. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about the museum and history. Perhaps if we'd had more time we would have gone back on our own to see the bits, but we didn't have time for it but I still am glad we went with the tour guide in the first place.

We had a brilliant, knowledgeable, and patient tour guide. Most of the tour was on flat ground, with two small inclines which I didn't find difficult, even in my unfit state. The tour was always waiting for everyone, regardless of ability, and I found it really enjoyable.
