Zurich City Highlights with Felsenegg Cable Car Ride

Zurich, Switzerland

My Rating
2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better

My Review

We had walked around the Alstadt area the day before, so we didn't get much out of the town tour. That is our own fault. The drive to an from Felsenegg gave a good overview of the Lake District. The Felsenegg cable car ride is nothing special. The view from the top gives you a good view of Zurich's footprint, but I didn't think it was anything special. The commentary was informative. The lady spoke English, German and Spanish - very talented.

Sydney Harbour Sunset Dinner Cruise

Sydney, Australia

My Rating
5 star rating: Highly Recommended

My Review

The food was good quality. The staff were helpful and courteous. The food service was very good. One minor problem was the drinks service was slow, so I had to go to the bar a few times to get my own. The circuit we travelled had a variety of views to admire. 6:30 in summer is not sunset, so calling it a sunset cruise is a bit of a misnomer, but that wasn't really a problem either as it meant you could see the different parts of the harbour. .

Sydney and Bondi Hop-on Hop-off Tour

Sydney, Australia

My Rating
3 star rating: Worth doing

My Review
I am not sure if one is available, but it would be good to have a one page written summary of what 'attractions' and highlights are within walking distance of each stop. Some you can see for yourself quite easily, but there are other stops where I couldn't really figure out if it was worth getting off or not. That said, for someone new to Sydney, it was a good way to see a cross section of town and the eastern suburbs. The drivers were friendly and helpful.
