We were lucky and had a great guide, Robert, and a small group of nine. Got to the rainforest on a sunny day before the hordes arrived. Interesting and informative rainforest trip. The beach was worth the trip alone and since we were there in low season it was very quiet.

The catamaran trip and crew was nice, the island itself was fine. Only one other boat there at the beginning with two more arriving within a few hours. We had the beach mostly for ourselves most of the time since the others preferred snorlink in the muddy waters of the practice reef. low visibility and few fish there. They came out once the feeding started however. After two hours or so we went to the second reef, there were more fish, corals and a few rays there. Only ok visibility so the views were not that spectacular. Overall a good excursion.

Had a good guide and a small group of six people. No cruise ship in town so no lines at the caves or observatory. Caves were nice, the observatory a bit dull if you had prior knowledge of the subjects and no interest in looking at the displays, joining a tour or watching the movie. Overall ok.
