Positive:  Well organised, good guides and interesting sites.  Excellent lunch

Negative: Expensive, No response to my e-mail request for hotel pick up.

Summary: Despite the cost and inflexibility regarding pick-up, it is the only way to see Kyoto.

First part of the tour is unimpressive with a rundown temple and a view of the harbour but there was very nice scenery for the second part of the tour.weather.   Good and personalised service from Edison Travel.  They communicate well and pick you on time.  Recommended

Interesting half day tour with lots of impressive geological structures and a cute tourist village.  Edison travel initially misplaced our booking but after a phone call picked us up and provided excellent service.  Recommended.

We loved the hot spring and the resort and could easily have stayed longer.  If we had more time we would have returned.  The park is absolutely stunning even in bad weather.   Recommended

With the excellent metro system, you can easily plan this tour yourself and save money. The tour operator was punctual and the guide was very informative.
