It was good. Although, I wish that I would have booked it for the 1st night of our trip instead of the last night of our trip. By the time, we did the bus tour we had really already seen everything. In the summertime, it doesn't get dark until 10 so the Eiffel Tower wasn't illuminated yet. All in all it was well organized and nice.

Love the L'Open. Very easy to use. Lots of stops. 4 routes gets you all over the city to all the sights that you want.

Definitely worth it if you have children! Guide was at the stated place well before the meeting time with great signage. She took us right through to security and then gave us our tickets and tips. So effortless. Would definitely recommend it and book again.

Directions to meeting point were great. We had our own gondola and were behind the gondola with the serenader, who was wonderful! It was perfect and beautiful. We went on the Grand Canal and the down the smaller and quieter canals. Loved it and wished it would have been longer or we would have booked 2. My children loved it as well. Highly recommend!
