The sites themselves were quite interesting, and I would recommend the tour as essentially a "must do" in Bangkok. However, the guide, who was a freelancer, though technically competent, was not all that engaged. He "knew his stuff," including the best spots to take pictures, which was very helpful, but seemed to be somewhat "burned out," and probably should have retired some time ago. That said, his knowledge was still quite high and it was possible to get a lot from the tour even without his full engagement and enthusiasm.

I arranged transfers through Viator many times in cities throughout the world, and this was by far the WORST experience we have ever had. While acknowledging that, as a shared transfer it would take longer, the transfer from the airport to the hotel took nearly two hours. After being told that we would be leaving soon, it did not even leave the airport for 30-45 minutes, and the stops at various hotels were very inefficiently handled.
We very much enjoyed this tour. It provided a unique blend of land and water and focused on much of the newer sites in Singapore. The Flyer and Duck Tours were a nice combination and the Food Trail complemented these nicely as well.
