Ghent and Bruges Day Trip from Brussels

I have used viator several times over the years and I must say that this trip was not at all rewarding. Bruges and Ghent are lovely cities, however our guide was horrible. He never spoke up so you could hear him, he didnt make any kind of eye contact and I would not recommend him in the future.
