When we arrived we were given the chance to upgrade from the west rim trip to the south rim because they had overbooked the west rim trip. We took the opportunity and they really went out of their way to make our trip enjoyable by including a free 35 minute helicopter trip over the grand canyon. It was great! I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family.
