Mozart Concert and Dinner at Stiftskeller in Salzburg

My Review: Of the 12 Viator experiences that we had on our honeymoon, throughout 7 different cities in Europe, this was the only one we was greatly disappointed in. The experience of dinner and a concert was amazing but Viator did a horrible job coordinating the event for us!!! Just like each and every experience we purchased through Viator, we purchased the event, they emailed us our voucher, we printed it out, and followed the time and meeting directions on each voucher. Well, we arrived to this event an hour late! They were halfway through the show and dinner!!! They almost wouldn't let us in, but saw our frustration and allowed admittance. We had to sit in the corner, where we couldn't really see anything and all we got to eat was the dessert! Beware of the times that are given to you, ask your hotel to confirm the details with the event host when you check in! We will be pursuing a refund on this one! We spent $160 on this and left very frustrated! This does not reflect on the event though! The dessert was delicious and we heard the dinner was too. What we got to see of the concert was amazing also. We just wish we could have seen the whole thing!

Bavarian Mountains and Salt-Mines Tour from Salzburg

My Review: This event is very, very fun! tours was running late getting everybody to the mine, so when we arrived, everybody was pretty frantic trying to get ready and boarded. The staff at the mines weren't too friendly because of our tardiness (not the tourists fault). BUT!!! Once the tour of the mines started, we had a BLAST!!! We didn't really know what to expect and this tour, but we laughed and enjoyed the fun. Don't miss it! Hopefully others will have better luck with the tour group's organization.

The Original Sound of Music Tour in Salzburg

My Review: This was one of our experiences that we were looking forward to the most! the tour guide was very informative and the bus ride was very comfortable. You can't go to Salzburg and not do this tour. We were a touch frustrated with the fact that they didn't allow much time at each stop for photos and such. I guess that is why we were able to see so many different places, but I could have done without the hour long stop for apple strudel in Weiss, in order to enjoy more time at the Sound of Music sights. Still was fun to see everything and hear all the little tidbits of information!

My Review: Definitely worth doing! We felt like they try to cram too much into the timeframe of the tour, so it gets a little rushed at sights you would really like to see and learn about. Our guide got a bit frazzled as the crowds got heavier and got pretty short with her guests. But what we did was just went back to the places we wanted more time at and looked around at our own pace. Venice is an amazing city and this is a good way to see it! Even though the guide was short tempered at times, she was very informative and had an answer for every question thrown at her.

My Review: This was a BLAST!!!! Absolutely no complaints! Rose was our tour guide and she was sweet, friendly and informative!!!! Even though the crowds were thick in places, we still meandered our ways through it safely. Rose was very informative and fun!

My Review: This was very informative! what we liked most about this tour was that was got a pretty thorough walk through with descriptions and all with our guide, but then were free to roam the gallery on our own as part of the ticket price! David is amazing of course, but there is much more that is worth seeing in this Gallery!

My Review: This was fantastic! I wish I could remember the name of our guide because he was so friendly, nice and informative! The dinner was so-so in taste and quality, but the walking part of the tour was beautiful and the concert after dinner was superb! A must!

Vespa Small Group Day Trip to the Chianti Wine Region

My Review: AWESOME! This is a great way to see the areas just outside of Florence, get a FANTASTIC lunch, and have a lot of fun on a scooter! You don't have to be experienced to ride these and our guides were wonderful, Steve and Gabrielle. The tour inside the winery was so informative and cannot say enough good things about the lunch and wine tasting while we were there at the winery. The overall trip was at a wonderful pace, with frequent stops to learn about smaller neighborhoods, get snacks and gelato, it was honestly, one of our favorite things to do in our 3 week honeymoon!

Skip the Line: Crypts and Roman Catacombs Small Group Walking Tour

My Review: This is very fun and very interesting. Although it is considered a "small" group, it still seemed too big because everywhere you go, there are crowds from other groups and super small hallways and rooms, so if you weren't right in the front of the line, the guide didn't really wait for everyone to get in the room before she would start describing what we were looking at. We often missed the descriptions and it got a little frustrating. But even just to LOOK at the sights was very amazing and interesting. The tour could have been better if we got to enjoy all the information, but that would mean they would have to make smaller groups.

Skip the Line: Ancient Rome and Colosseum Half-Day Walking Tour

My Review: No brainer! this is sooooo worth doing! Not only do you get to skip the ridiculously long lines of admission at the Colosseum AND the Ruins (which is worth it alone!), but we got private access to the subterranean level as well as the tallest, highest level still standing at the Colosseum. The views were amazing up there! Our guide was fantastic, so informative! I wish I could remember his name! The Ancient City was one of our favorite spots to visit and we got such a nice and long description and view of it through this tour! It is a full half-day of a tour but completely worth it! bring water and a snack, but we were grateful not to be rushed from sight to sight like so many other tours can do in order to cram it all in and get to the next tour. you won't regret buying this tour!

Skip the Line: Vatican Museums Tickets

My Review: Completely worth it! We had the earliest tour available on that day and boy were we grateful we purchased these in advance! The line waiting to get in to the Vatican had to have been a 1/2 mile long as we were walking to meet our Viator rep. Then once you are in, you are free to roam at your own pace and go to the areas that you want to. It was perfect and we are very glad we did this!

Ghost and Mystery Walking Tour of Rome

My Review: This was FUN! I wish I could remember our guide's name for this trip because she was fun, spirited and seemed genuinely excited to show us the sights on this tour! She told great stories about the "dark side" of Rome's history and although we seemed to walk all over, it didn't seem to be too much! We loved this and our tour guide deserves a big raise! :)
