Had a nice Day at Green Island/Great Barrier Reef. Great Barrier Reef was awesome. Trip was just the right length. Only thing that wasn't so great was the food...lunch but the company did a sufficient job considering the number of people they had to feed.

Service was great... very efficient...person was standing with a sign (with our name on it) which made it very easy. Driver and agent were nice.

Was glad to be able to prepay for the Aquarium Ticket, but don't think the aquarium is worth the money they charge for admittance. Been to seeveral before and this was very average. Nothing to write home about.

Driver was nice, service itself efficient. Issue we had was finding the company/representative in the airport. Info needs to be updated, airport has gone through some recent changes.

We enjoyed the tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and courteous. The tour is definitely worth doing.

Enjoyed the Hop-on-Hop-Off Tour. It was very efficient and an easy way to see the city.

Driver arrived at hotel on-time to pick us up and was courteous and professional. Glad that we took the shuttle. It was an easy and we arrived at the airport in plenty of time for our flight.

The Miami Duck Tour was a lot of fun! The guide was hilarious and she kept us laughing the whole time.

Driver/tour guide irritated me within the first 45 minutes on the bus. I did the tour alone and at the last pickup he approached me, put me on the spot and asked me to move and sit with a strange man and give up my seat for a couple. I felt embarassed and gave up my window seat to sit in an aisle seat with someone else. The guide, Jose, apparently thinks that's it's okay to inconvenience a single person traveling alone vs a couple who got on the bus last. I was irritated the whole entire way to Keywest. Not only was I upset because I was unable to take photos from the window seat but at how calous I felt he was about asking me to move as not to inconvience the couple. I paid the same money for the tour as they did. Anyway, I did not let it taint the whole trip siince I did not have to deal with him for the 5 hours or so that I was in Keywest. However, next time I will save myself the aggravation and go ahead and drive like I first planned to do. It's the principle.

The Hop On-Hop Off Trolley Tour was great and well worth the money. The trolley cars were very busy because of the holiday weekend, but the drivers kept their cool and sense of humor and made the tour enjoyable.

The tour itself was great, the guide was nice and very knowledgeable. The downside was the uncomfortable small bus we were on..cramped and no overhead space to place personal items during the full day tour.

It was a nice train ride....not too much to see but a nice way to get out and see the sugar cane fields and a little of Lahaina and surrounding areas.

Enjoyed the Luau. This was my 3rd or 4th time going to Germaine's Luau. I feel that it's the best choice because of the value you get for your money. Luaus are expensive, but this one gives you a larger selection of food and you get more adult beverages than some of the others.
