Unfortunately I did not get to use your service as my flight to Houston was cancelled because of snow. I phoned Greyline in Nashville to see if I could get a refund on my tickets. They said I would have to contact you which funny enough,I was going to today. I paid by credit card so if you can help me out it would be greatly appreciated. My trip was a bust, but I thank-you for taking the time to contact me and ask me about my trip. I will definitively use your service in the future. Mike McCarthy
