Excellent, my driver was right on time and friendly.

Our guide Mr Singh was very informative but I found the actual tour a bit boring as there was not much to look at.

Despite travelling from Penang to KL on a domestic flight and arriving at the scheduled time there was no-one there to meet me, I had to ring the agency to find out where my driver was and then waited for over 30 minutes until they arrived. Although it wasn't relayed to me I believe they went to the KLIA instead of LCCT even though I was flying Air Asia on a domestic flight.

My driver had a problem with his car and was 30 minutes late which was no problem because they did ring and advise me so I asked could I shorten the tour otherwise it would have finished at 11pm. I was picked up at 7.45pm by my driver and we did a drive around Georgetown and went for a meal but my major disappointment was the Rickshaw ride itself. The ride was no longer than 10 minutes, I went down one street which was empty except for prostitutes and then up another street which was also empty back to my hotel. I was so stunned I asked my driver "Is that it?". We didn't go anywhere near any of the nightlife or markets and it was totally disappointing. I know I asked to shorten it and I didn't bother about the free drink at the revolving bar but I was back at my hotel by 9pm so had 1hour 15minutes of a 3 hour tour.

Was very happy with this, our guide David was very informative and helpful and happy to wait while we took photos etc.
