Shuttle was late arriving to the hotel and driver had difficulty locating another client. In peak hour traffic earlier pickups should be given so clients feel a bit more at ease with plenty of time to check in at crowded airports.

refreshments other than wine tasting and sales should be given by the wineries for those non wine drinkers. It would not hurt to have a fridge with some drinks in their gift shops. An indoor area is needed for eating lunch during the winter time

only disappointment was that the people on the left hand side of the helicopter got all the sights due to circling the strip anti clockwise. try to sit in the front or on the left in the back
