The whole process was fuss free – a quick call on arrival into town to arrange our flight time. On arrival at the heliport we found the staff very friendly and helpful. Two members of group were slightly anxious before takeoff however nervous flyers should not be put off, the flight was so smooth and the 12 minutes flies by!! A definite must to see the amazing sights of the Big Apple. Don't forget your camera!!

Our original tour had to be cancelled due to rain however the company were very professional and were in regular contact to arrange an alternative time. We were able to rearrange our tour for another day. Our driver was our own personal tour guide who was friendly and very knowledgeable. He endeavours to show you the sights you want to see. Although the website states trip is 2 hours we were lucky to enjoy 45 minutes more. Worth every penny and much better than the buses!

There is a reason Phantom is the longest running musical on Broadway. It’s amazing!
There were huge queues at either side of the theatre and we dreaded having to wait. However to our delight there was no queue at the Box office. Collecting the tickets was quick and easy and even better was the front row seats. Thanks Viator for an unforgettable night!

Best thing we did in NYC! Kennedy was fun, friendly and informative. We took this trip on our first day which was a great introduction to the city. Kennedy showed us how to navigate the subway and gave us lots of recommendations about places to visit. We have 144 brilliant photos from this trip- great keep sake! The CD was dropped off at our hotel that afternoon too. Highly recommended!
