What we toured and where we toured was interesting. However, the air on the bus did not work and in the middle of the Denmark heat wave, we were melting!! We also spent way too much time in the hot bus waiting for people to show up for their tour. He wanted to fill up the bus, so we all had to wait until enough people showed up. Not what I usually expect from pre-paid tours.

Loved it. It was everything that was described. While it is all self toured, you can still listen to headphones to guide yourself. The mansion is beautiful and Viator makes it so easy to just go to the will call booth and enter the grounds without a hitch. I would recommend to friends.

This is THE best tour I have ever taken anywhere in the world and I've taken alot. Ralph was the best tour guide ever. The people complaining about hearing him talk to much obviously didn't listen to him or didn't want to learn. My only complaint about this tour is that it advertised a certificate of visiting death valley. Viator was unable to produce such even after writing to them when I returned, but the tour itself was excellent. I highly recommend.

Eh..it was just okay. They pick you up in a bus the drive you to a waiting station then pack you into a little room then hit everyone with an additional fuel surcharge when you are already on a double decker bus with 50+ people. Really? You need that much money for fuel after I've already paid good money for the tour? Skip the skywalk, it's not worth the money. The places to eat are kinda cheesey, but its all they offer. The south rim is way better and prettier.

This was an AWESOME tour! Our tour guide was informative, educated and funny. He received HUGE tips from everyone on the tour. I would suggest this to anybody who goes to Sedona.
