This tour was wonderful. Bob, our tour guide was kind and very helpful...always willing to take a good shot of me and my companion! The only glitch was we almost missed the train transfer that took us to Limerick! It would have been helpful if we were alerted before this stop that we needed to change trains - as it turned out, a lot of us almost missed it! The rest of the tour was smooth sailing and the scenery was breathtaking!

It was raining (what else is new in Ireland?!?) that day when we took this trip. When we got to the parking area where the rope bridge was, the attendant said "People say it's very windy...I say it's just breezy!" Well, I held on to that rope like I was holding on for my dear life! But I did it! This is truly a trip of a lifetime. Giant's Causeway is a site to behold and downtown Belfast is full of history to absorb. Joseph, our tour guide, was very nice and helpful...and a very good singer too!!!

I am giving this tour only a 2 star rating because
we feel that we were definitely shortchanged.
The description of the tour stated that we would stop by Hospital de Sant Pau and there would be guided visits to La Sagrada, Park Guell and La Pedrera (we paid for the whole day tour option). Our guide, Nico, was very personable and knowledgeable. He, however, never took us to the Hospital de Sant Pau, and as far as the other 3 aforementioned places, we got our "guided visits" outside the sites. He basically gave us info about the areas outside (in one place, i was almost pick-pocketed were it not for my companion noticing a man opening my bag!)
then gave us the tickets and we were on our own inside! We never did get any of the cava and cheese/olives that's also part of the package and since the guide bade us goodbye after dropping us off in La Pedrera, we also did not get the free bottle of Spanish cava that we were supposed to get in their office as a bonus at the end of the tour .

We truly enjoyed this day trip from Madrid. Avila and Segovia are 2 magnificent places to visit.
The only glitch was that our voucher stated that we should be in the meeting area at 8:45am and we didn't leave until 9:45am. It's not easy waiting for an hour in a small travel agency office that does not even have a rest room for their clients!

Awesome trip to see one of the 7 natural wonders of the world. Life time experience. Due to his heavy accent we had trouble understanding our bus driver but we still had a great time.

Well worth it to see the "Last Supper", just amazing. The only thing I did not like was that I requested English tour and our tour was shared with a German group so the tour guide explained everything in English and then again in German, but the tour was great.

This was a great tour. We had so much fun and the tour of the vineyard in Tuscany with lunch was fantastic. Stefano was the best tour guide we ever had. Just can't say enough about this tour.

The driver arrived at the hotel at the set time. No waiting, she was very helpful and freindly and arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare. We actually saved money by booking ourselfs thru Viator than thru our travel agent.

I have to say if you can book a city pass in advance to your trip, do it. It saves so much time in lines.
