Our driver arrived exactly on time and we arrived in plenty of time before our midnight flight out of LAX. The driver though appeared to be grumpy and was not talkative at all. He appeared rushed and drove quite fast.

The skip the line tickets are definitely worth the extra money. We didn't get to the park until after 1 pm so it allowed us to squeeze in as much as possible. We were disappointed though that the park closed an hour early due to Halloween Horrors. We thought we had until 7 pm. The transformer 3D ride is the best. We went into the wrong line as the print out said you will receive your tickets at the ticket booth. Make sure you go to the far right booth called will call and guest services. We wasted 20 mins by going to a normal ticket booth.

Good service and the driver was friendly. He arrived 30 mins early but we were already in the lobby.

Costumes were excellent and sets brilliant. A good show but our 15 year old wished she saw Wicked in the USA after enjoying it in Australia. She thought it was just okay. American audience seemed to react more than Aussie audiences.

Excellent! Would recommend to everyone. We went here before visiting the memorial and were glad we did.

The meet and greet guy at Newark was great. He pushed our bags and helped us find food while we waited for the car. Unfortunately the car was late by more than 30 mins. An accident? That's what we were told. We ended up with a SUV. Lovely vehicle. Driver rather quiet.

Helped us get through some attractions easily and faster. I over estimated what we could have fitted in as each day we were becoming more tired. Good concept. I guess we broke about even.

Very entertaining. We haven't seen anything like it before. We found the story line abit confusing though but maybe that wasn't important.

Flying in the morning meant it was smooth flight. Boxed lunch was good. Helicopter was brilliant but it would have been good to see the second lookout even if only for photo. I think it could have been a little longer by driving along the rim and hopping on and off and given more information about the canyon. but I guess you make more money by fitting in 2 trips a day rather than one longer one. I was glad I didn't do the afternoon flight as the wind had picked up and it became rather bumpy.

Our flight was late into Vegas. There were no shuttles available and people started to line up so they put up with 2 others in limo instead. So that was a bonus. Was exactly on time for pickup.

We ran out of time so we had to rush this. The ride was good. The dinner was average. New York Madam Tassauds was better than Vegas.

Get rid of the pirate show as it was tacky and very amateurish. The tour guide was helpful and informative but you could easily lose her in the crowds if you couldn't keep up.
