We were met at the scheduled time after our cruise. The hostess took us to the dock where we boarded our water taxi, which took us directly to our hotel. Very easy transfer.

We received a notice that we were to meet our water taxi at the hotel dock. Our water taxi transfer was scheduled to depart at 11:30 and we were to be met at the hotel at 11:00. No one met us at 11:00, so we walked to where we had arrived 2 days earlier. Our hostess finally found us and said that we were at the wrong dock. Communication of whether we were to be met and where our departure location would be could have been better.

The walking tour and gondola ride were very enjoyable. The only problem we had was finding the location where we were to meet to begin the tour. The tour voucher said to meet at the tourist information office. But there is more than one tourist information office in the same area. The one for this tour is inside the entrance to Piazza San Marco from Salizzada San Moise. You need to be at the office at least 15 minutes before the tour. Allow plenty of time to find the office.

When I arrived at the airport, I search for the kiosk to check in for this transfer. The voucher said the kiosk was number 78, but I actually found it located in number 71. Other than the difficulty in locating the check in point, the transfer was easy.
