My Review: On arrival the pick up was good. Everything went smoothly. The return was quite the opposite. A checker cab was sent. The driver was arrogant and unprofessional. He did not greet us, he did not place the steps so our small children could enter the van, and he did not even help with our luggage. In fact he did not even get out of the van.H e was a road hog, and he was very unkind to the toll operators. When we finally reached the airport safely, thank God, he just pulled up without even getting out to help with the luggage. He was very cold and impersonal and it was certainly not a good way to end our wonderful week in Orlando.
