My Review: Good tour with very knowledgable and informative guide. One negative was the meal, we were rushed through our meal of what i suspect is speciallly laid on for westerners, would be much better to be able to take some more time and get something more of a local flavour.

Outer Great Barrier Reef Snorkel Cruise from Port Douglas

My Review: I would highly recommend booking your reef cruise with this company (quiksilver connnections) they are the only boast that can go out to the outer reef despite choppy seas. They also have a permanent pontoon on the reef giving those who do not wish to scuba or snorkel the chance to view thr reef and marine life. Had a great time. Lunch not so good but that's not what your there for really.

My Review: Brilliant day in the Blue Mountains with our very knowledgeable and friendly guide Don. Were in a small group, just 4 of us plus Don, and had a great time,very nice lunch and nice finish to the day with a glass of bubbly in very nice surroundings. Probably one of the highlights of our time in Sydney. Would definitely recommend this trip.

Perth City of Lights Dinner Cruise

My Review: Reasonably attentive staff. Very busy the night we booked and very roudy crowd on board. The buffet was good but rather than seperate courses it was a case of pile everything on one plate, this meaning you had salad/cold prawns on a plate with roast beef/gravy or stroganoff. Staff were a little keen to get everything off your table (drinks and bottles of water) for about 30 mins before the cruise end.

Rottnest Island Day Trip from Perth

My Review: Had a great day on 'rotto'. Once there we decided to skip the bus tour and hire bikes to spend the day exploring the island rather than being stuck on a bus. The included lunch was good too but time restrictive. If we were to do it again we'd probably just book the return ferry and sort everything else once we get there. The quokkas are great by the way, very friendly and curious.

My Review: Not the best bus tour i've ever been on. Very short tour despite there being two routes. In all honesty you'd be better off taking yourself up to Kings park on foot to have a leisurely look around and take a train ride out to freemantle to check it out (freemantle not on the tour). In fairness although Perth is a lovely city, there isn't a whole lot to justify a bus tour.

My Review: Quite a good tour. Some good spots visited, including and optional short trip on a genuine junker type boat and a stop at stanley market and the peak including tram ride down the hill. My only problm with this tour was the stop at a local jewellery 'factory' which is obviously a business arrangment with the tour company. The sales people were not pushy but this stop definately took the shine off this trip.

My Review: Really enjoyed this trip. The walk through the seafood village/market on the way to and from the restaurant was amazing (if you're into seafood) and the meal was very good and plentiful. Would definately recommend.
