The arrival was a shemozzle and am still not sure that the pickup wasn't as a result of my pursuit of the vehicle and driver when in fact he had arrived to pickup other passengers and we were not on his list. Luckily there was 2 spaces on the vehicle for us. I would not use this service again.

It was a much better idea than sitting on a bus for several hours. The bus ctour was a little disappointing. Only went to 2 spots which didn't unable to see the river. Plane was delayed taking us back and we spent a fair time at the airport waiting for flight to arrive.

This was good tour with a knowledgeable guide and we saw everything that was worth seeing. The walk out onto the traffic bridge where it seemed OK was great. When down on the dam itself and looking up and back to the traffic bridge showed how high it really was. Lunch was very nice also.

A good trip but Alcatraz was at night so time was limited to be able to see the surroundings. We had originally booked for a afternoon trip but it was changed to the evening which left some period between the tour around the city and Alcatraz. For us this was dead time as we hadn't allowed for the evening trip when planning our schedule
