A very welcome lounge. Great if you want to relax away from the bustle of the airport. Quiet, clean and welcoming.

Other than a slight delay on our arrival, the car was comfortable and the driver knowledgable.

Fantastic tour.
Efficient on time and great tour guide.
If you are a sports fan you will love this. Everything from architecture, history to modern day. You see the members areas and change rooms. Stories are told.
The lunch was also a surprise, it was fresh, tasty and yummy.
I really enjoyed the tour.

Enjoyed our trip toChill On Ice Lounge.
Worth the trip , stayed for twenty minutes instead of the full thirty minutes. We had finished our drinks and one person in our group was cold.
Amazing ice glasses the drinks are served in.
Got a great group photo which you have to buy(no cameras).
Certainly recommend a visit

I was prepared for a 'shop until you drop experience' and that is what I got. The bus collected me from my hotel on time and we set off. There were 10 other ladies on the tour.
We did about 10 outlets in all ( a couple of which were not open to the public).
Lunch was average with my steak overcooked but those who had the parmigiana said it was lovely.
I was the most dedicated shopper and had come from interstate, with an all but empty suitcase that I filled. However a few of the locals were not as dedicated to shopping and I soon realised and was somewhat embarrassed by the amount I was buying. One lady announcing at lunch :I have only spent $50 what the! and why come?
Perhaps keeping to the time allocated could have been better monitored, being 5-10mins late returning to the bus on several occasions.
Tracy once again made it an enjoyable day and the driver a gem.
If you are a serious shopper this is a great way to go.

The places we were taken were very interesting. The big Budda is amazing and the vegetarian lunch offered lots to eat and it was not boring.
The fishing village interesting along with the smelly dried fish. I bought a lovely pink fresh water pearl bracelet and necklace.
A down side was a particularly long stop at the islands longest beach, parhaps I should not compare to beaches in Aust.
The down side was that it was advertised as a full day 8 hour tour! If you consider the 3-4 hotel pick ups, waiting for the islands tour guide 'ryan' to turn up at the ferry and then appeared somewhat disinterested in us as a group and rather robotically / on auto pilot showed us around the island. Followed by waiting for the bus to bring us back and arriving back at 3.30 took our 8 hour tour down to about 5 1/2 hours.
The bus driver was able to bring Ryan and two 'others' back from the island to Kowloon as they were going shopping! Not too professional, needless to say no tip was forthcoming. Parhaps Viator need to question the operators.

This tour was really good. The tour director was passionate and involving of our group, if not a little hard to understand at times. The junk boat ride was great and we were able to see the floating restaurant and luckily it was their holiday for the dragon boat races.
The jewelry factory tour was interesting, there was the usual sales pitch and even when I went to the toilet the sales person was waiting outside the toilet for me to continue the sales pitch. haha
Stanley markets were good fun and enough time was given for some shopping.
I would recommend this tour.

This was a pleasant , relaxing and romantic evening on the harbor. Unfortunately the actual light show was not as spectacular as the pictures show, however the lights of the buildings were sensational.
The open bar was very good, the snack small 'packets of peanuts' were interesting.
I would certaily not have missed it.

Very interesting tour. Popular place. Well set out for tourists and a good shop for glasses and polo tops etc.
We went to the 'pour a perfect pint' which was well worth the extra.
Certainly would recommend to others.

Unfortunately 'skip the line' meant lining up with others in 'skip the line' so we took some 20minutes to get in. Our day was serverely compromised as it was school holidays and inside was totally packed.
We cut our loses of pushing through the crowds and left earlier than we would have normally. as it was just too hard to see many of the exhibits.
I would assume it is not always this busy, just unfortunate timing for us.

Certainly a pleasant experience on the London Eye.
There were eight on our tour and the tour person was very attentive, taking photos for those in the group. Only one glass of champafne was allowed!! we were told that he has to throw any left over out...what a waste.
It was goodto get an orientation of the London Eye area as this is where we were staying.
