the palace and grounds were very crowded and our guide did not wait for every one and so we broke away and met up at the bus at the departure time, as did many others. He wad not very accomodating, The only time he did any kind of head count was in the bus comming back

The eye was wonderful and we had no problem. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to do the cruise as we had a show to go to and the lines were too long. But it was entirely our fault for not pacing ourselves properly.
