Vienna Historical City Tour with Schonbrunn Palace Visit

My Review: Had to share the tour with French customers - English came off second best. Guide seemed disinterested and did not explain what was covered at Schonbrunn and what was extra, despite asking specifically about the Carriage Museum where we were refused entry. We had no identification to show what tour we were on and guide wore grey clothing without any badge or marker, for us to see him easily when we had to meet him. His attitude was generally offhand and at times rude. .French travellers talked when we were trying to listen to what he had to say - this was very disappointing and overall the tour was not good value for money;

Amsterdam Canal Bus Hop-On Hop-Off

My Review: This was great way to relax after a long plane trip from Australia (27 hours). We saw plenty and guides were informative and helpful - unfortunately one of the boats broke down and we had to find our own way back to our hotel but it was all good fun.
