20 minutes late starting. English commentary could not be understood. Only half hour per island insufficient to make visit worthwhile. Very disappointing.

Guide spoke very poor English and raced around too fast for the very large group to keep up. Didn't pause for photo opportunities that tourists may have been interested in. Insufficient time to climb the Leaning Tower.

Very poorly run. Trip only saved by the beauty of Capri. Local guide not a people person. Only 20 minutes free time on Capri after doing the mandatory "let me show you my friend's shop" routine. Did not allow any toilet stops despite a number of children in the group. 3 hour bus trip each way poorly handled. Every tourist bus stopped at the same over-priced cafe where the line for both food and the toilet were so long that you couldn't do both. With children, we needed to choose the toilet, meaning that we went without food. The bus was considerably later getting back than advised. A huge disappointment for what should have been an excellent outing.

A comprehensive route, but courtesy of Rome traffic, it takes more than 2 hours to do a full circuit.

The Metro is a great way to get around Barcelona. However, the cards stopped working a Metro validation machines intermittently and when taken back to the Barcelona Tourist Information Centre they told us it was our problem and there was nothing they would do to help. Getting the discounts at many of the attractions also involved jumping through hoops. It should be as simple as showing a card, but no, you needed to show a million documents and were then declined any discount because you couldn't show your grandmother's passport, or something ridiculous like that.
