it wasn't Bondi beach but we were happy to have the beach to ourselves.

The sole reason of purchasing this tour was to enjoy caving. I was told that the trip was canceled because I was the only person to have signed up for the caving.

1. The Tour Operator failed to have informed me about the trip cancellation beforehand. If they had managed their business for customers' satisfaction, I wouldn't have had to have wasted my time with a guide who was more knowledgable with TV shows rather than limestone caves.

2. got refunded the price difference of $20 between Plughole caving and Jubilee guided walk. The Jenolan cave issued me with complementary tour and The Tour Operator still charges for the guided tour?

3. Blue Mountain trip was also very rushed.

If you're not a hustle bustle person, don't waste your time on this tour.
