Pleasant experience for my Mother and myself. Lovely gentleman arrived in lots of time to the hotel transferring us safely to the airport. I would definetely book Viator again for airport arrival and departure transfer.

By far the most effective way of taking in all the sights and sounds of the wonderful city of London. My Mother and myself saw and did so much. thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The yellow route with the live commentary was my favourite. We also enjoyed the red and blue routes plus the river cruise.

My first time to Kensington Palace and I found the experience quite enjoyable, particularly the enchantment of the Princess Diana display. Due to the heavy rainfall, we did not take in the Kensington gardens, that was a disappointment. However, I would like to do this tour again taking in the beautiful grounds of Kensington.

This tour was a very nice introduction for my Mother whom had never been to the city of London. Gerry our driver was most interesting and engaging showing us the highlights of this wonderful city. Would highly recommend this tour

Our flight was delayed by approx. two hours. Upon arrival to Heathrow, our lovely driver was awaiting us. Bless him! He looked after us very well and soonafter, we arrived to our hotel.
