Jungle River Tubing Safari

My Review: Went on this tour in late April. Not the rainy season so the river was down. Down so much in fact that the guides needed to pull you down the river in many area's where water level is low. They keep the tubing fun and overall it was a nice ride down the river. They said when the water is high it only takes 15 min to ride the river. It took us almost an hour with the water so low, no real flow I.E. need to be pulled by guides.

My Review: Great zip lines. Been to ones in Mexico and this is a nice compare. The zip lines were longer and faster. Guides are real fun, they play with you throughout the tour. One down side, the walking from platform to platform. It's uphill and rocky. Add in the heat and humidty it makes the walking kind of hard. (I'm out of shape so hard for me). Don't let that stop you, the pace is nice and slow so no pressure.

My Review: Kind of disapointment for the money. I'm glad the kids did not want to go. Long day on narrow roads. The tour was informative but not worth the money you pay. The area you visit is small but that is the life in Jamaica. I can always say I visited the home and grave of Bob Marley, that's worth something.

Dunns River Falls and Ocho Rios Shopping Tour

My Review: I see why its the #1 tour. I went on 4 tours while in Jamaica and this was the best. Do the shopping with the falls (all day tour). You get a great discount at the shopping area. Well worth the stop, get your Rum there, you will not find it cheaper anywhere. The falls look hard to climb but really not so, don't be imtimidated, easly to do and real fun. Guides are excellent, they really make the climb fun.
