Once the coach driver found where to drop us off we exchanged our voucher for our tickets very quickly at the customer services desk and there was no queuing. The tour through the storehouse was very interesting and informative, very well laid out and you assented upwards through different levels, stopping for videos and looking at exhibit etc. Half way up was the sampling room where you were given a sample of Guinness at its proper temperature and composition, and when nearly at the top of the building you had the option of being trained to pour your own pint to very strict rules. (2 stages, first tip the glass at 45 deg. and straighten up until 3/4 full. Leave to stand. Top up to top with a minimum of head.), or you could continue to the top of the tower to the bar and viewing area to receive your free pint poured by barmen and then take in the 360 deg. views of Dublin. A very enjoyable afternoon!!
Only comment was the lack of road signs for drivers to find the venue, but saying that there are hardly any road signs anywhere in Dublin, even the locals get lost.!!
