Fantastic trip, excellent tour guide, who dazzled with his ability to communicate in 4 languages.I would definitely recommend.My only criticism was the fact that although minibuses picked up us up from the hotel the main coach dropped us off a good 10-15 mins walk from the hotel (fortunately we were all able to walk that far and the tour guide's directions took my Mum and I to a place I recognised. Unfortunately the elderly lady that was with us who was travelling alone, recognised nothing and had to then get a taxi.

I have done many hop on hop off tours in various cities around the world and this was one of the most disappointing. It was poorly organized, it was a mass bundle every time a bus arrived, we missed three buses as they were unable to turn the Viator voucher into a bus ticket and having secured a seat on the bus many of the commentary systems didn't work. So only one of us had commentary at several stages of the tour.
