Used this service several times in different cities in our 4 weeks in the US and found to be reliable and on time. If travelling to an airport allow an extra 30 mins just to be on the safe side. Pick ups from airports are regular - just let the clerk at the pick up point know where you're going and you'll be away within 10 mins.

This attraction is well worth the money. Tony, our pilot was a fun guy (as I'm sure they all are) who added his own commentary to the recorded one. Trust me, this is a must do activity.

A fantastic night (but too short at 2 hours) and well worth the money. Only downside was only 1 barman in the top deck bar and patrons who were waiting for the second dinner sitting entering from both sides of the bar for service. Usual wait about 20 mins and on a hot night was badly organised.

Used this service on several occasions during our stay at various cities. Good and reliable with hotel pick ups on time. Getting a shuttle at an airport is not a problem - buses are plentiful and regular.

Used this service over 3 days as a cheaper way of getting around SF as we had no car. Took a full curcuit of 2 hours to get our bearings and driver/commentator Aaron was fantastic. Other commentators only so so. Make sure you get your ticket validated at the Office at Fisherman's Wharf before boarding the first time. Allow 10 mins at a pick up stop as the buses can get ahead of schedule. Good value.
