The Heikiland tour was great. I found that the Liechtenstein tour was very brief and there was not much worth seeing other than the Palace. I would not recommend this part of the trip

While I really enjoyed my trip to Lucerne, there was no city tour other than going to look at a lion carved in stone. I was the only person left in the city while all the others went to Tiglis. I think it would have been better taking the train there on my own.

As an amateur chocolate maker I was really disappointed to know that we weren't going on the factory tour. Instead we went to an outlet shop. I can buy all these chocolates in North America for a lot less. I think you need to let your clients know that the tour is to an outlet shop only.
